We provide free on-site consultations and written estimates. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change if project scope changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered. We will notify you of any necessary changes before proceeding with additional work.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your contract.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project before work begins by providing written notice. Deposits may be refunded minus any costs already incurred for materials or permits. Once work has started, cancellation terms will depend on the progress made and materials used.

5. Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship and provide warranties as outlined in your service agreement. Warranty terms vary depending on the type of work performed. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer. We will address any issues covered under warranty promptly and professionally.

6. Property Access

You agree to provide clear access to work areas and to inform us of any hazards or special conditions on your property. We will take reasonable care to protect your property during work, but are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage from circumstances beyond our control.

7. Permits and Regulations

When required, we will obtain necessary permits for your project. You are responsible for ensuring that any HOA approvals or special permissions are obtained before work begins. We will work in compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our insurance covers work-related accidents and property damage as required by law.
